How To Lose Weight Now – If You Do Not Know These Facts You Will Fail

I have put together a list of facts and the best strategies I have come across to know how to lose weight and keep it off. Without being aware of the following facts you will have probably failed to keep the fat off.

When you know the following and use these tactics in your life you will achieve your desired weight.

Fact: We eat out of habit, we eat when we are not hungry and we eat a lot more food than we think we eat.

Tracking: If you bite it write it. Keep a log or food diary of everything which passes your lips. Even it you just take one bite to taste, Write It Down. This is one of the most crucial steps in losing weight. You will be surprised how much food we actually eat when we write every thing down. personally I was surprised with my food diary how much food I was snacking on. At one stage I was eating some porridge for breakfast, followed with 2 slices of toast and with jam. By switching the full fat milk to semi skimmed milk and avoiding the toast I cut out 300 calories a day. Probably does not sound like much but 300 calories a day multiplied by 7 is 2100 calories a week I cut out of my diet. With in two weeks this small change to my diet I lost 8 lbs.

Fact: We eat far more food than we need to survive.

Eyes Bigger Than Belly. Cutting down on the size of portions we put on our plate. If it is not on our plate we will not eat it. Eating less but more often is a crucial step in the battle against weight loss.

Fact: Using weights will continue to burn fat for up to an hour after you have stopped using them.

Get Active. Do more than you are doing now. Taking exercise and doing more activities will speed up your fat burning and weight loss efforts. Becoming more active and raising your pulse levels will burn those calories fast. It is a crucial factor in achieving your desired weight. Becoming more active is very important with combating depression, it is scientifically proven becoming more active will release feel good hormones into our blood stream.

Goals. Setting realistic goals will keep you focused. Trying to lose a stone a week is not possible to maintain long term. Losing weight to quick will increase your chance of putting on the fat back on. Setting a goal of one or two pounds will allow you to stick to your plan and achieve your goal of permanent weight loss.

Mind Over Matter. Every thing you do begins initially with a thought. If you believe you will achieve your goals, it will not matter how many times in the past you have failed to achieve them. This time you know you can, visualise your frame at the size you want. create a mental image of how you will look when you achieve your perfect weight. How will you dress, how will you feel. Imagine your self at the size you desire. Some people find it helpful to put a picture of them selves they do not like on the fridge door. This image will motivate them to stick to their goals.

Which Diet Recipes Are Good to Eat on HCG Diet Phase 1?

Since the HCG Diet became popular many people tried to follow its protocol plan. Although, there are numerous plans that call for HCG diet recipes phase 1, some people are having a hard time what plan to follow. Scientifically, HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) is a kind of hormone that is produced during pregnancy.
