Exercise and Pregnancy

Prescribing the drug in pregnant women is a complex process.

Before Obstetrics and Gynecology, which dose of which drug is best handled without any adverse condition of the mother and the baby they consider the patient’s age and general health status, number of months before delivery, tolerance of drugs, and all other medicines pregnant patient may be taking.

Exercised when prescribing to pregnant women to be as scientific and precise. The type, intensity, frequency and duration of the ‘dose’ of exercise are equally important. A man healthy, vigorous workout may be hazardous to another. These risks may be greater for pregnant women because they are more likely to strains and other serious side effects of the prospective mother.
